Neighborhood Workshop was founded in 2019 and builds on owner Neil Heller’s 15 years of experience promoting small-scale, community-oriented real estate development. We help craft solutions that support the economic mobility of residents at the same time as municipal fiscal health. Neighborhood Workshop will model the financial feasibility and site design impacts of existing zoning compared to alternative standards, incentives, and affordability tools.
